About Me...

Sartorial obsessing manifested early with paper dolls and Fashion Plates. Like any future stylist my teen years were spent pouring over magazine editorials and soaking up FASHION FILE...Then some lean years in NYC where thrifting and endurance shopping at old school bargain temples Loehmanns (RIP) and Century 21 were de riguer.

Add to those influences a sense of style with nebulous origins that every good wardrobe person possesses and here we are. Pre kids I styled TV show hosts for E! and The Style Network (also RIP). (See credits here.) Now I focus on personal styling/shopping and blogging as a way to organize the many fashion stories floating around my brain.

A few (there are so, so many more) things that make me happy: high waisted denim, graphic T shirts, anything chinoiserie, Super Soul Sunday, LAPL, cotton candy, The Mineral Hall at NHM, The designs of Phillip Lim, Isabel Marant, Monogram Studio, Kelly Wearstler and John Derian, the creative genius and musings of Simon Doonan and my favorite thrifty shopping spot, Wasteland.

I live with my husband, three kids, three cats and two guinea pigs in Los Angeles.
